1. Purpose
This Event Attendance Policy sets out the expectations and guidelines for individuals attending events organised or hosted by The Social Selling Company Limited.
This policy applies to all attendees participating in events delivered through the websites pipeline44.com, socialselling.co.uk, suite.socialselling.co.uk, silla.co, suitepage.co, including in-person events, workshops, masterminds, and online sessions where event-specific participation rules apply.
2. Attendee Responsibilities
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and professionally at all times.
Participants must follow any instructions provided by event organisers, venue staff, or facilitators.
Behaviour that is disruptive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or unlawful will not be tolerated.
3. Event Registration and Entry
Attendees must hold a valid ticket or registration confirmation in order to attend an event.
Event organisers may require proof of registration or identification where necessary to verify attendance.
We reserve the right to refuse entry where ticket conditions or attendance requirements are not met.
4. Event Changes
We may occasionally need to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, venue, speakers, or format.
Where significant changes occur, reasonable efforts will be made to notify attendees in advance.
5. Health and Safety
Attendees must comply with any health and safety requirements set by the venue or event organisers.
Failure to follow safety guidance may result in removal from the event.
6. Recording and Photography
Events may be recorded or photographed for educational, operational, or promotional purposes.
By attending an event you acknowledge that photographs, audio recordings, or video recordings may include you as part of the audience.
7. Removal from Events
We reserve the right to remove any attendee from an event if their behaviour:
- Disrupts the event
- Creates a safety concern
- Violates event rules or venue policies
- Harms the experience of other attendees
Removal from an event for behavioural reasons will not normally result in a refund.
8. Personal Belongings
Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings during events.
The Social Selling Company Limited accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal items.
9. Policy Updates
