1. Introduction
These Consulting Terms of Sale apply to consulting, advisory, strategy, coaching, and related professional services provided by The Social Selling Company Limited.
These terms apply to consulting services purchased through the websites pipeline44.com, socialselling.co.uk, suite.socialselling.co.uk, silla.co, suitepage.co or through direct engagement with our team.
2. Scope of Services
Consulting services may include advisory sessions, strategy sessions, reviews, workshops, mentoring, coaching, or other professional services.
The specific scope of work will depend on the service purchased or the agreement made at the time of booking.
Services may be delivered online, in person, or through written or recorded feedback depending on the nature of the engagement.
3. Booking and Scheduling
Consulting sessions must be scheduled through the booking system or scheduling process provided by us.
Where a session is booked, the scheduled time is reserved exclusively for the client.
4. Rescheduling and Cancellations
Unless otherwise stated, consulting sessions require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
Where sufficient notice is not provided, the session may be treated as used.
Repeated missed appointments may result in suspension of future bookings.
5. Delivery of Services
We will use reasonable skill and care in delivering consulting services.
However, consulting services involve professional advice and strategic input rather than guaranteed outcomes.
Clients remain responsible for decisions taken and actions implemented based on consulting advice.
6. Client Responsibilities
To obtain the best results from consulting services, clients are expected to:
- Provide accurate and relevant information where required
- Participate in scheduled sessions
- Implement agreed actions where appropriate
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat confidential information shared during consulting engagements with appropriate care and discretion.
Confidential information may only be disclosed where required by law or where permission has been given by the other party.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property rights in materials, frameworks, tools, and methodologies used during consulting services remain the property of The Social Selling Company Limited.
Clients may use materials provided for their own business purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, or resell them without permission.
9. Fees and Payment
Consulting services must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Where consulting services form part of a membership or bundled service, payment terms may be governed by the relevant membership agreement.
10. Refunds
Payments for consulting services are generally non-refundable once services have been booked or delivered unless required by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, The Social Selling Company Limited shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of revenue, profit, or business opportunity arising from consulting services.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
12. Governing Law
These Consulting Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from consulting services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
