1. Introduction
These Event Ticket Terms of Sale apply to the purchase of tickets for events organised or delivered by The Social Selling Company Limited.
These terms apply to events purchased through the websites pipeline44.com, socialselling.co.uk, suite.socialselling.co.uk, silla.co, suitepage.co or any associated booking platform used by us.
2. Ticket Purchase
Tickets are sold subject to availability and are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
Your ticket confirmation may be provided by email or through your account on the platform used for the event.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during booking is accurate.
3. Ticket Use
Tickets grant access to the specified event only and may not be used for any other purpose.
Unless otherwise stated, tickets are non-transferable and may only be used by the person named on the booking.
We reserve the right to refuse entry if ticket use does not comply with these terms.
4. Event Changes
We may occasionally need to make changes to event schedules, locations, speakers, or formats.
Where possible, reasonable notice of significant changes will be provided.
Changes that do not materially alter the overall nature of the event will not normally give rise to a refund.
5. Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled by us, ticket holders will normally be offered either:
- A replacement ticket for a future event; or
- A refund of the ticket price paid.
Refunds will normally be processed using the original payment method.
6. Attendee Conduct
Attendees must behave respectfully and comply with any venue rules or safety requirements.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals from an event where behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or abusive.
7. Photography and Recording
Events may be recorded or photographed for training, promotional, or internal purposes.
By attending an event you acknowledge that recordings or images may include you as part of the audience.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from attendance at an event.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from event ticket purchases will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
