1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

This Payment Policy applies to all payments made to Pipeline 44 Group Limited and its associated brands, including the Social Selling Suite, The Social Selling Co, uOnline, Silla and any other services operated within the Pipeline 44 Group.

It covers all customer transactions including Subscriptions, consulting services, event tickets, digital products, support packages, add-ons, and any other paid services.

2. PAYMENT METHODS

All payments must be made via the payment methods made available at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, we process payments via Stripe and accept credit and debit cards.

We do not accept cheques, standing orders or direct debit unless explicitly agreed in writing.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RECURRING PAYMENTS

Where services are sold as a Subscription, payments are charged in advance on a recurring basis at the frequency specified at purchase.

By subscribing, you authorise us (and our payment processors) to charge the payment method you provide for all recurring Subscription charges, including any applicable taxes.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method remains valid for the duration of your Subscription.

4. FAILED PAYMENTS

If a payment fails, we may attempt to retry the payment automatically.

If payment remains outstanding, your access to paid services may be suspended until payment is successfully collected.

You remain liable for all outstanding balances.

5. OVERDUE ACCOUNTS AND RECOVERY

If your account becomes overdue, or if a payment is reversed, charged back, or otherwise withdrawn after being processed, we reserve the right to take reasonable steps to recover the balance, which may include:

  • Suspension of services and access

  • Issuing formal notice of default

  • Referral to a debt recovery provider or solicitor

  • Initiating legal proceedings

  • Recovery of reasonable administrative, legal, and third-party costs incurred (including those arising from payment disputes or chargebacks)

Where permitted, we may treat certain overdue balances as immediately due and payable.

All communications relating to payment requests, notices of default, and recovery action may be delivered via email or through the platform and shall be deemed received when sent.

We may allow a short period for voluntary repayment before commencing recovery action, but reserve the right to act immediately where appropriate.

6. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute through your bank, card provider, or payment processor without first contacting us:

  • We reserve the right to suspend access to all services immediately

  • The disputed amount will be treated as an outstanding balance

Where a chargeback or dispute is initiated:

  • You remain liable for the full original amount unless the dispute is determined to be valid due to an error on our part

  • You will be responsible for any third-party fees incurred by us in connection with the dispute, including payment processor dispute fees (such as Stripe dispute fees), which may vary

Where a chargeback or dispute is unsuccessful or not upheld:

  • All outstanding amounts will be subject to interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 (Bank of England base rate + 8%), accruing from the original due date

We reserve the right to recover all reasonable costs associated with the dispute, including administrative, legal, and recovery costs.

7. REFUNDS

Payments are non-refundable unless required by law, or where a refund entitlement is explicitly stated in the applicable terms of sale for the product or service purchased.

Where refunds are issued, they will normally be processed using the original payment method.

8. TAX AND VAT

Prices are shown exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

VAT (or other applicable taxes) will be applied where required by law.

9. PRICING ERRORS

We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing is accurate. If a pricing error is identified, we reserve the right to correct it and either:

  • Offer you the option to proceed at the corrected price; or
  • Cancel the transaction and refund any amount already paid
