Background
These Support Credit Terms govern the purchase, allocation, use, expiry, and redemption of support credits provided through the websites pipeline44.com, socialselling.co.uk, suite.socialselling.co.uk, silla.co, and suitepage.co.
By purchasing, receiving, or using support credits you agree to be bound by these Terms in addition to any applicable Membership Terms, Payment Policy, or other related agreements.
1. What Support Credits Are
Support credits are internal platform credits that may be used to access eligible services, support features, calls, reviews, advisory sessions, or other services made available within the platform.
Support credits may be:
- purchased separately
- included within a Subscription
- granted as part of a promotion
- allocated periodically under a support plan
- awarded at Our discretion
Support credits represent a limited contractual right to request eligible services through the platform and do not constitute stored value, electronic money, property, or a financial product.
2. No Cash Value
Support credits:
- have no cash or monetary value
- cannot be exchanged for cash or compensation
- cannot be transferred, resold, or assigned
- cannot be redeemed outside the platform
3. Purchases and Payments
Support credits may be purchased either as one-off purchases or through recurring support plans where credits are allocated periodically.
All support credit purchases are processed in accordance with Our Payment Policy.
Prices, allocations, redemption values, and availability may change from time to time.
4. Refunds
Support credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
Unused support credits do not create any entitlement to cash, refunds, compensation, or credits outside the platform.
5. Expiry
Unless otherwise stated:
- support credits expire 12 months after the date they are granted or purchased
- certain support plans may operate on a use it or lose it monthly allocation basis
- where rollover applies, unused credits may carry forward subject to the 12-month maximum expiry period
Expired credits are automatically removed from the account and cannot be reinstated except at Our sole discretion.
6. Cancellation and Downgrades
Support credits linked to a Subscription or support plan are forfeited immediately upon cancellation or termination of the relevant Subscription or account unless otherwise stated.
Where a Subscription or support plan is downgraded, credits linked exclusively to the higher-tier plan may be removed, reduced, or expire immediately.
7. Redemption and Availability
Support credits may only be redeemed for services specifically made available within the platform at the time of redemption.
We reserve the right to:
- change the number of credits required for specific services
- add or remove eligible redemption services
- limit redemption availability
- refuse redemption requests where reasonably necessary
Availability of services may vary depending on demand, scheduling capacity, staffing, or operational requirements.
8. Fraud, Abuse and Misuse
We reserve the right to suspend, remove, adjust, or refuse support credits where We reasonably believe credits have been obtained, used, or redeemed:
- fraudulently
- abusively
- in breach of these Terms
- in a way intended to manipulate or misuse the platform
Serious misuse may result in suspension or termination of platform access.
9. Platform Changes
We may modify or discontinue support credit systems, redemption methods, support services, or related platform features at any time where reasonably necessary.
Where practical, We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use, expiry, forfeiture, or inability to redeem support credits.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising under these Terms.
